Description
The Aston “Lounge” chair echoes the same welcoming shape that is characteristic of all the chairs in the Aston collect-ion. The enveloping seat back and soft, padded seat rest on solid ash legs with open pore Tobacco stain or open pore lacquered Moka finish.
Thanks to its seat height - 43 cm - and its smaller scale, the Aston “Lounge” chair is a perfect match for all the lounge tables in the Minotti collection.

Rodolfo Dordoni
Minotti’s collaboration with Milanese architect and designer Rodolfo Dordoni began in 1997 and continued until his passing in 2023. Over more than two decades, their partnership played a key role in shaping the company’s design identity.
Dordoni presented his first Minotti collection in 1997, including the iconic Suitcase armchair, marking the beginning of a long and successful collaboration. In 1998, he became Art Director, overseeing the development and coordination of the company’s collections. Under his direction, Minotti evolved into a complete lifestyle brand, developing collections for residential, outdoor, and Hospitality spaces. His vision helped establish a distinctive language of Italian craftsmanship, quality, and timeless contemporary design.
