Description

Passarella is a modular storage collection conceived as domestic micro-architecture, combining structure and materials in a unified design. Available in living, dining and vertical cabinet versions, each features a distinctive wooden panel extending to the floor to form a structural foot. This detail visually lifts the volumes and allows multiple units to be combined into continuous compositions.

The living version has a low, elongated profile with large drawers and a wood-veneered or lacquered finish. Patinated Bronze or polished Chrome frames and grooves add refined contrast. The dining version combines generous storage with large drawers and a flap door with an integrated top groove for discreet opening. The vertical cabinet develops the system upward, incorporating drawers, a marble-finished basin, integrated lighting and a lower section with two drawers and an internal cutlery tray.

Passarella combines modularity, precise construction and visual lightness in a sophisticated storage system for contemporary interiors.

Designer

Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27

The partnership between Minotti and Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan began in 2017. Marcio Kogan approached the world of architecture and opened the Studio MK27 in São Paolo at the end of the seventies: volcanic and rigorous, attentive to the pure volumes and simple shapes of his designs, as well as the details and finishes, he favours open, squared architectures - which aesthetically and stylistically merge in and out - characterised by floor-to-ceiling windows that erase the boundary with the outdoors.

With a design style inspired by nature, the warm woods of his homeland, and the clean lines of his architectural works, in 2018, he created the Quadrado outdoor seating system for Minotti, approaching the world of design with brilliance for the first time.
