Description
Merian is an innovative coffee table made from nuanced silkscreen-printed glass with finishing touches on the glass in a colourway which makes it elegant and extremely versatile. The palette includes both nuanced shades and full colour and will beautify any setting with a mixture of verve and delicacy.
The watercolour illustrations of Maria Sibylla Merian are the inspiration behind this project. A naturalist, explorer and artist, she carefully observed and drew insects which led her to discover the metamorphosis of the butterfly in the second half of the seventeenth century. The Merian tables evoke the nuanced beauty of watercolour paints and the exquisiteness of nature.

E-ggs
Formed by Gaia Giotti, Giona Scarselli and Cristina Razzanelli, E-GGS is concerned with the design of a transversal approach, ranging from product design, interior and architecture. The attention and the curiosity are captured by the discovery of the unusual in everyday life, in the search for new forms of expression and materials. It is the exploration of the needs of everyday ideas that arise for ideas.
