Description
Developed as a natural extension of the seating system of the same name, the Softcase ottoman echoes its aesthetic language, translating the collection’s identity into an accessory with a discreet yet distinctive presence. Available in a variety of shapes and sizes, it responds to multiple compositional needs. Further expanding its range of applications, the octagonal versions are available with either fixed feet or 360° swivel castors, allowing for greater freedom of use. The 50×50 cm octagonal ottomans are also distinguished by their exquisite envelope tailoring, a sartorial detail that enhances their geometric design and meticulous craftsmanship.
Suitable as an additional seat, an informal side table or a connecting element between furnishings, Softcase adapts effortlessly to different spatial requirements while maintaining a refined, understated aesthetic.

Minotti’s collaboration with Hannes Peer, internationally recognised architect and designer from South Tyrol, makes its debut in 2024. Inspired by an approach that weave together past and present, traditional and modern elements, Hannes Peer shares the brand’s desire to shape designs that harmoniously merge aesthetics and functionality, reflecting a timeless quality that transcends the fleeting nature of trends. Constantly driven by his passion for experimenting with materials, textures and colours, Hannes Peer strives to balance architecture, interior design and product design in every project, allowing each element to find its own raison d’être.
His is an eclectic and multifaceted design language that overlaps different styles working on all scales and, when joining Minotti’s vision, it finds its perfect expression in the Yves modular seating system: a project with a dual soul that reveals itself in a combination of rigorous volumes and organic shapes, rich in unexpected and dynamic couture details.
