The Close night stands feature a sleek cross-shaped base with a refined Bronze satin finish. The upper part has a compartment with a removable tray that can be accessed from both sides and comes in two versions: structure in open pore Moka lacquered oak, and glossy Clay-colored lacquered top with inside tray in a matt Clay lacquered finish, or with a matt Clay lacquered structure, and top and inside tray in oak with an open pore Moka lacquered finish.
The Close night stands are also available in a version that rests directly on the floor.
Designer
Rodolfo Dordoni
Minotti’s collaboration with Milanese architect and designer Rodolfo Dordoni began in 1997 and continued until his passing in 2023. Over more than two decades, their partnership played a key role in shaping the company’s design identity.
Dordoni presented his first Minotti collection in 1997, including the iconic Suitcase armchair, marking the beginning of a long and successful collaboration. In 1998, he became Art Director, overseeing the development and coordination of the company’s collections. Under his direction, Minotti evolved into a complete lifestyle brand, developing collections for residential, outdoor, and Hospitality spaces. His vision helped establish a distinctive language of Italian craftsmanship, quality, and timeless contemporary design.
