Description

This family of seats is defined by a balance of structural lightness and enveloping comfort. A thin, gently curved line creates an airy, uninterrupted silhouette that supports generous volumes, translating the same formal language into an armchair with footstool, lounge armchair, dining armchair, bench, and stools in different proportions and postures.

The armchair and lounge armchair feature a fully stainless steel tubular frame and a soft, embracing structure. The backrest extends naturally towards the armrests, while the generous cushioning creates a harmonious dialogue between the light frame and substantial volumes. The armrests flow downward from the upholstery, enhanced by a subtle gathered detail that adds a refined, three-dimensional touch. The armchair is complemented by a coordinated upholstered footstool, echoing the same structure and finishes.

The dining version is available with a wooden or steel-rod frame, finished in Black Coffee or Chrome, with a comfortable backrest flowing seamlessly into the armrests and a compact seat highlighted by elegant front stitching. The collection is completed by a bench with a woven paper cord frame in an envelope pattern and a cushioned seat, alongside two stools available in two heights, each featuring a soft upholstered shell.

Hannes Peer

Minotti’s collaboration with Hannes Peer, internationally recognised architect and designer from South Tyrol, makes its debut in 2024. Inspired by an approach that weave together past and present, traditional and modern elements, Hannes Peer shares the brand’s desire to shape designs that harmoniously merge aesthetics and functionality, reflecting a timeless quality that transcends the fleeting nature of trends. Constantly driven by his passion for experimenting with materials, textures and colours, Hannes Peer strives to balance architecture, interior design and product design in every project, allowing each element to find its own raison d’être.

His is an eclectic and multifaceted design language that overlaps different styles working on all scales and, when joining Minotti’s vision, it finds its perfect expression in the Yves modular seating system: a project with a dual soul that reveals itself in a combination of rigorous volumes and organic shapes, rich in unexpected and dynamic couture details.
