Its distinctive identity is defined by paired padded bands that wrap around the structure, following its contours to create the effect of an endless quilt. Precisely cut and stitched, the upholstery evokes a sense of wellbeing at first glance, while longitudinal stitching across the backrest and seat creates orderly vertical bands and a refined graphic language. The perimeter profile and 45° corner joints further highlight the sophisticated craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

The back maintains the same compositional harmony, allowing Ruffle to stand freely at the centre of the room. In the offset version, the backrest extends sideways to accommodate open wood compartments with softly rounded corners and removable sculpted padded tops, as well as rectangular and square side tables.
