Description
Sculptural and decorative, the Janis screen for the home stands out as a micro-architecture composed of shaped geometric forms that are reiterated in space, becoming its hallmark. An interplay of joins breathes life into this furnishing piece, characterised by a pattern that lends it movement and three-dimensionality. The individual components of Janis feature rounded edges that exalt its aesthetic plasticity, while the glossy lacquered finish further enhances its dramatic effect, welcoming the light as it refracts between the solids and voids of its frame.
Boasting a bold identity, on the edge between art and design, Janis is extremely functional and able to meet the contemporary need for dynamic living spaces. Structure composed of contoured vertical MDF panels, 30 mm thick, glossy lacquer finish in Burnt Brown, Moka, Moss or Sand. Each vertical panel rotates 160°. Metal joint connectors. The vertical panels are separated by anchors coated in stainless steel. Adjustable ABS feet.

His is an eclectic and multifaceted design language that overlaps different styles working on all scales and, when joining Minotti’s vision, it finds its perfect expression in the Yves modular seating system: a project with a dual soul that reveals itself in a combination of rigorous volumes and organic shapes, rich in unexpected and dynamic couture details.
