It all began almost 60 years ago. A small workshop in Puglia has grown to become a large company that now exports worldwide.

Pasquale Natuzzi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Natuzzi Group, was very young when he started his career. In Taronto, Italy the son of a cabinet-maker at just 19 years of age with three collaborators opened a workshop making sofas and armchairs entirely by hand.

1970s

the workshop becomes an incubator of Made in Italy excellence. New employees and artisans join the team. New collections are created.

1980s

the Natuzzi style is born: colored leather sofas featuring an enveloping design and unparalleled comfort. Consumers, from Puglia to the US, love his innovation.

1990s

are the beginning of Natuzzi`s total living concept.

2000s

new stores open in New York, Dubai, New Delhi, Beijing, Sao Paulo, Sydney and London. Natuzzi starts important partnerships with internationally renowned designers.

Today

Natuzzi is one of the best known names in the global furniture industry. Natuzzi products are distributed through stores all over the world designing sofas, chairs, tables, beds and more to create harmony throughout the home.
