Designer

Gianmarco Codato is an Italian industrial and furniture designer, born in 1987 and based professionally between Castelfranco Veneto, Italy, and international design environments. He studied Industrial Design at IUAV of San Marino and began collaborating with Italian design studios in 2012, working across product design, packaging, and graphic design. He later moved to New York and Los Angeles, where he worked on freelance projects for design and communication studios.

Codato is part of the Lino Codato Design & Communication studio, where he focuses mainly on furniture and product design. His approach combines functionality with aesthetics, with particular attention to materials, production methods, details, and continuous experimentation. He has also collaborated with designer Luciano Trevisiol since 2015, developing furniture and interior-design projects. His professional background reflects a combination of Italian design heritage, international experience, and contemporary product research.
